wAH...today Mak & MON buddy level went to the gym again. Fantastic mann...finally get to see them again after 1week. Was waiting for them to come so that i can ask them to help me post my dragonboat photos on my facebook laaa. Thanks lehh !

Finally managed to peep at them using the security camera since the squats machine was relocated to the bench press location. Totally mesmerised by MON's pang sai position mann...ah hee hee hee hee!!!
